Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you buy from BridgePicks. If something isn’t right, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (clearly noted on the product page).
How to start a return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll approve or decline the refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
Damaged or defective items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
